Product Warranty & Return Policy


1) Dead On Arrival (DOA) claim is valid within Fifteen (15) days from the date it is received. If the product is reported DOA after Fifteen (15) days of receipt of your product, the standard product warranty will apply.

2) All new products are subject to the warranty policy of the respective manufacturer. Kindly refer to the individual product for its warranty period.

3) Returns of products that are not within warranty period will be returned back to customer at their own cost.

4) Please note that for RMA return policy, customer will have to bear for the postage for returning claim item. Please be informed that we will only bear postage for replacement unit shipment to you after RMA claim completed from our end. Else you can option to walk in for RMA claim.

5) The manufacturer’s warranty claim process usually takes approximately 2-4 weeks from the date it is received. Any additional time taken at the manufacturer’s is beyond our control. For Dead on Arrival (DOA) case, we will ship the replacement within 7 working days after we received the faulty unit.

6) Note that any damage on the returned product due to customer’s misuse or missing parts due to customer’s tampering will not be accepted for warranty claim.
